Great experience. The staff was very courteous and professional. They explained everything clearly and asked if I had any questions about my treatment. Ricky was was so nice and very patient. He's the best hygienist I've ever had.

A wonderful office with very kind people. I hadn’t been to the dentist since I was a kid (mostly due to embarrassment and health anxiety), but after biting the bullet and booking an appointment, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The staff here are truly cut from a different cloth. They made the experience so fun and stress-free, not to mention the sheer patience they exhibited when they were having difficulty pulling up my insurance. I’ve had a few experiences in the past with medical staff behaving rudely towards me and dismissing my concerns (I have panic disorder and bipolar 1, so I get told a lot that “it’s all in my head”). Which I understand why healthcare workers act cold sometimes; they’re extremely overworked and under appreciated, but it is always a relief when someone genuinely LISTENS and expresses compassion. A big shout out to the dental hygienist, Mr. Ricky, and the front desk receptionists. Such lovely people they are! Thank you, Baytown Modern Dentistry!
